Make controlled, accurate plunge cuts and long rip cuts in timber with the RYOBI 18V ONE+ HP™ Brushless 165mm Track Saw. Use it for complex DIY projects that require precision cutting, such as building cabinets, furniture, shelving, decking or timber floors. It’s also efficient at performing plunge cuts, score cuts and cross cuts with great accuracy and precision.
This Track Saw can perform long, straight cuts in large sheets of MDF, plywood and other timber panels. It’s also great for trimming off multiple boards at once so you can create a straight edge, say for a deck or table.
The Track Saw comes with two 700mm Tracks that combine for a total track length of 1,400mm. The anti-slip rubber grips and removable material clamp keep the tracks in place while you perform cuts. A rubber track edge ensures the highest cut accuracy and minimises splintering.
Track adjustment knobs maintain accuracy by guiding the Saw on the track. Its bevel adjustment knobs enable you to perform bevel cuts from -1°to 48°. Adjust to a maximum cutting depth of 49mm at a 0° bevel angle and 36.5mm at a 45° bevel angle with the Track Saw on the track. The Anti-tip stop prevents the Track Saw from tipping over when cutting bevels.
Switch from making plunge cuts to scoring timber using the depth control lever. It has a preset depth setting so you can make adjustments without removing the saw from the track. This control lever also locks the saw for blade changes.
The Track Saw’s powerful HP™ brushless motor is optimised for use with 18V ONE+ HP™ Batteries. It delivers enhanced performance with a maximum speed of 4,300rpm to rip cut or cross cut different materials, thicknesses and densities. Perform up to 80m of rip cuts per charge with an 18V ONE+ 6.0Ah HP™ Battery (sold separately) connected.
This Track Saw is part of RYOBI‘s ONE+ HP™ series of tools that utilise advanced technologies, like brushless motors that deliver higher performance, extended battery runtimes and longer motor life. These tools are ideal for tough conditions and meet the rigorous demands of bigger and more complex DIY projects. They also have superior ergonomics for a premium user experience.
